Ingredients:- 4 tbsp Oil 3 medium onions finely chopped 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1 green capsicum finely chopped 3 tsp pav bhaji masala 2 tsp chilli powder 6 tomatoes finely chopped 1 cup of boiled peas 2 medium potatoes boiled 1 cup of cauliflower boiled 3 tbsp butter Salt to taste 6 pav sliced in the center 2 medium onions finely chopped for garnish ½ cup coriander finely chopped Wedge of a lemon   Method:- 1. Heat the oil and add the onions and sauté them till they turn translucent 2. Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté further 3. Add the capsicum and mix well 4. Add the chilli powder and the pav bhaji masala and fry this for a minute 5. Add the tomatoes and sauté till it leaves oil 6. Add a tablespoon of butter 7. Add the boiled vegetables and mash it well 8. Add the butter and mix well and serve along with some finely chopped onions, coriander and lemon 9.
